Talent Funnel
Talent Funnel is a leading applicant tracking platform that significantly simplifies the recruitment process for HR professionals. After significant market success over the past few years, they have conducted a major rebuild of their backend systems to improve performance. In line with this development activity, I was asked to review and improve the current interface.

Talent Funnel is intended for high volume use, allowing HR professionals to accurately process applications quickly. A significant amount of information is required on screen to do this, so my main focus was to reduce any clutter on screen. To further improve to process, I refined the palette, and then created a consistent control area at the top of the page, clearer iconography, and quicker access to the funnel control in the left-hand control column.
The Job Slider Panel allows the user to manage individual applications from the central list, holding a variety of functions. I continued the design language across all these sub-pages and developed iconography that provided higher contrast and quicker recognition.
A drastic reduction in the size of the funnel stage panel resulted in a lot more room on screen.

This approach was implemented across the entire platform as well as creating fully responsive components for both the management dashboard and the mobile interface.
